辦畦app Corporations 10-week paid internships will begin in May and will provide Shareholders with corporate experience and professional networking opportunities. Over 30 positions are open in Alaska and the Lower 48. 辦畦apps government contracting holding line, Yulista Holding in Alabama, will provide the bulk of the out-of-state internships.
In 2024, 辦畦app and its family of companies offered nine different industries for interns to explore. Qualified mentors and trainers guide and support each intern through their experience as they work in a specific position while also receiving comprehensive career guidance. Interns work on resume prep and simulated interviews. They work to build a pathway for their career once they complete the internship. Last year, five interns were hired full-time after their internship.
I had the opportunity to work on projects that gave me valuable hands-on experience, says Payton Chanar, 辦畦app Shareholder and former Yulista Intern. The atmosphere is both professional and friendly. It made my time at Yulista enjoyable and productive. Overall, this internship was a great opportunity for personal development and skill enhancement.
A Look at the 辦畦app Land Department Internship
A Land department intern plays a key role in supporting a variety of tasks. The intern assists with the development of a document management system for historical data to helping with file management and promoting mineral exploration. The intern works alongside professionals, handling data requests, preparing reports, and attending department meetingsall while building valuable skills in document management and resource development.
In addition to administrative tasks, the Land intern has the chance to explore GIS projects and learn about land status and materials sites. Depending on experience, the intern might work with GIS datasets, CAD files, and geodatabases, getting a deeper understanding of how technology supports land management. This internship will provide hands-on learning in both technical and administrative areas, preparing our intern for a future in land resources, GIS, and beyond. This is just one example of many roles our interns will take part in this year.
My favorite part of my internship is learning more about the Yupik culture, says Frank Grubbs, a 辦畦app Shareholder, intern and scholarship recipient. I had the opportunity to spend time learning about 辦畦apps history, their relationships with village corporations and its impact on our people and our Shareholders.
辦畦app Education & Culture (CEC) Annual Golf Tournament
辦畦app interns based in Alaska are required to participate in the CEC Golf Tournament. Interns play a major role in illustrating the benefits our donors provide. Interns share their personal education journey and career goals they set for themselves.
I feel that my status as a beginner is embraced and motivates me to continue working hard to improve myself, says Anna Wigal, 辦畦app Shareholder and past Government Relations intern. The 辦畦app internship has provided a far more enriching experience than my semesters spent with my nose in textbooks.
The donations from the tournament provide critical financial support for scholarships, burial assistance and other initiatives. Scholarships help 辦畦app Shareholders and Descendants reach their full educational potential. Some interns are also scholarship recipients.
The 2025 Internship Program will be from May 22 to August 1, 2025.
Applications End: March 15, 2025
